For Patients & Visitors
For the safety of our patients, providers, and staff:
- Patients within our Emergency Department and Inpatient Units (Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care, and Women’s Services) are limited to one visitor, 12 years of age or older.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our patients, evaluation of their respective clinical condition will be considered and may result in the restriction of visitors.
- Visitors are screened for COVID/flu-like or respiratory symptoms, such as fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, or shortness of breath. Temperatures are taken. Any visitor with obvious signs of illness will be restricted from entering.
- Visitors are restricted from our Outpatient Department (Clinic, Laboratory, Imaging Services, Rehabilitation Services) waiting areas, unless they are assisting a patient who is receiving care
- Preventive measures including hand-washing, social distancing and the proper wearing of facemasks are required.
