Honor the Memory of Your Deceased Loved Ones through the AVH Auxiliary Christmas Memory Tree Program
The annual Lighting of the AVH Auxiliary Christmas Memory Tree is a remembrance program which offers the community an opportunity to honor the memory of deceased family members and friends during the Holiday Season.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 4:00 PM in the AVH Cafeteria. The Ceremony will include the reading of memorialized names, reciting of a poem, singing of Christmas carols, lighting of the Christmas Memory Tree, and refreshments. A keepsake booklet of memorialized names and donors will be available at the Ceremony and in the Hospital first floor lobby following the event.
A $5 donation is requested for each memorialized name. Christmas Memory Tree donation forms are available in many community businesses and at the Hospital. Please click here for a printable form. Completed forms must be received by Friday, November 29, in order to be included in the keepsake booklet. All donations will be used to benefit patient care.
