Cardiac Rehabilitation

Androscoggin Valley Hospital's Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program works to reduce morbidity, mortality and disability from cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases via education, prevention, rehabilitation and aggressive disease management.

New equipment, relocation to prime space within the Hospital and an improved mission for the prevention and management of cardiopulmonary disease have strengthened rehabilitation processes and results.

A multi-disciplinary approach from a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist and Nutritionist helps ensure that the best possible resources are available to achieve optimal long-term outcomes for all patients.
