Androscoggin Valley Hospital loves to hear from talented candidates.Accounts Receivable Manager: Primary responsibilities include the supervision of the activities of staff and processes associated with third party patient accounting including all functions of billing for Hospital, physician, Home Health and Hospice and client services. Responsible for contract management, including contract database. Builds effective relationships within and outside the organization. Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with others. Adapts readily to unforeseen challenges. Demonstrates flexibility and adjusts to changing work demands. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree is preferred, with five years of progressive responsible management experience in hospital accounting. A proven record of successful management experience may be substituted for a degree.Cardiopulmonary Services Clinical Supervisor: This position is responsible for the technical operation and administrative supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Department, as well as selected business development. The Clinical Supervisor also plans, develops and implements departmental programs and operations. Successful applicant must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the State of New Hampshire with five years of experience in active respiratory therapy work. Experience and training in cardiopulmonary procedures is preferred. Relevant four-year degree or graduate degree. At least three years of progressive, successful healthcare management experience required.Respiratory Care Practitioner: This full-time, night position is responsible for providing therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services in accordance with prescriptions and policies set forth by Androscoggin Valley Hospital and the Cardiopulmonary Department. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the State of New Hampshire. Must be CPR Certified and demonstrate judgment capabilities regarding diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. Neonatal resuscitation certification preferred. CPFT certification preferred. Asthma Educator certification preferred.
