Welcome to Androscoggin Valley Hospital's patient message service. We welcome you to use this free service to send a get well message to a current AVH patient.

To send a message, fill out the form below and click on SEND MESSAGE. Messages received before 5:00 pm on weekdays will be printed out by an AVH administrative staff member and delivered to the patient's room on the same day.  Messages received after 5:00 pm or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered on the following business day. Please know your message is not private. Please refrain from sending highly confidential information.
